Continuing with what I said yesterday,

Look at Guitar Center, GTRC. It's on the NASD. and trades about 28 million shares at $48.00 a share. They just recently doubled their authorized shares from 50 million to 100 million. Both of these numbers are way higher than the issued shares and it didn't seem to bother any of the shareholders.
