Regarding the former World of Leggings Robertson Store...

1) There WAS a WoL Store on trendy, glam, haute couture Robertson (Los Angeles).

"WAS" is the key word. It's gone now.

2) The annual increases in rent vs. Revenues per-sq.-ft. became untenable.

Not buying it. If the store was successful, it would still be there, and management would have negotiated a better rate. The original lease should have included a cap on rental increase, if management knew what they were doing.

3) There NOW is a WoL Store on Melrose Avenue (Los Angeles).

That's not Robertson....right? Different street?

4) There is very little -- if any -- difference in the product line(s) that were
carried THEN (at the former Robertson Store) and NOW (at the current Melrose Store).

That may be the case for the outdated inventory. I have no idea who is supplying the resale merchandise to the stores. If you can show who they have been using, I'd like to know.

5) Both stores -- former and existing -- are near-identical "shopping experiences" carrying
near-identical merchandise / merchandise mix.

I read the YELP reviews. I see nothing has changed

6) Therefore, there is no real or reasonable distinction to be made concerning
that YouTube Video of little "Lemonaid's" tour and show-and-tell at the former
Robertson WoL Store because she could make the same video TODAY at the
Melrose WoL Store.

But she hasn't. The store doesn't exist as it was shown on the video. I know you want this to be relevant for obvious reasons, but it's quite outdated.

7) That is all.
