Inreasing A/S after an R/S is common practice.

Initially it's more likely to go down after an R/S. It's a psychological cosmetic appeal to take an A/S from 1.5M to 700M. Billions helps make the pinky scam "stinky". That's one of the purposes of an R/S for a scam stock like BAYP.

The thing which is important is the number of O/S

And when the largest increases occur during the year. One can almost predict next year's P&D calendar by the previous year's issuance. Assuming the scam management didn't lie.
