You seem to have an inside track on BECC. Good,that is why I asked the questions. "The suggestion, and it is only a hint" That hardly rises to the level of premise. I simply suggested that suits over non-payment are "red flags" and there have been more than one. Rock solid companies are sued over non-payment all the time.
The public, who don't have inside knowledge that BECC can and will pay its bills have to go with what is available. You with the inside knowledge of that BECC can pay it's bills, are better positioned. Was BECC profitable for 2014? That would be helpful knowledge.
Since you know they can pay your bills, perhaps you know something about which wells they have an interest in. Could you list all the wells they have drilled where they have more than a 10% working interest? I can find no information one way or another. If it is too long to list, just give a number.
