Damn man you are happy we didn't go bankrupt. Who the hell

do you think put us in the going bankrupt position? It sure

wasn't the shareholders, but it was non other than Eric, and

Fred. Who has the responsibility to increase shareholder value

if it isn't Eric, and Fred? Have they done a good job or if they

have done a terrible job? If they were not able to control the

company they both would have been fired a long time ago.

I doubt if they could run a lemonade stand and be profitable.

Their record speaks for itself and it is terrible and they have

cost many a shareholder a ton of money. How they can remotely

say they deserve anything is beyond me. I would be embarrassed

to say I was the leader of a company that has performed like

this.


Please Eric, and Fred quit leave and give the shareholders

a hope that someone can revive this company. You both should

relinquish your shares you have earned nothing and deserve

nothing.
