because the stock has been diluted to the point where it took nearly 200 million share volume to push it over.0010 two weeks ago ,,, imo there is manipulation going on as well,,, i believe about half today's volume was dilution,,, even though the volume was low ans the much discussed BMAK was not top ask,,, bottom line, the folks in control are not single to low digit milly flippers. the converters get their shares at huge discounts ,,, and not to say they wont run it,,, just saying that flippers are pretty inconsequential. just my opinion.
