ALL THE EMPTY PROMISES AND DREAMS THAT JIM IS SELLING and that so many here eagerly and willingly swallow whole have one major problem. The company has NO MONEY and essentially no employees. They are a near empty shell.

Many posters here talk about new trials and re-submittal, about partners and institutions, about overseas markets, veterinary markets, etc., etc. You write as if this were a functioning, viable company. NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. They have no lab and their linear accelerator is broken. They were kicked out of their old address for non-payment and now supposedly have an office which does not even have a phone. They are in default on over a dozen loans at last count and its likely legal expenses will be one of their biggest drains as they defend themselves from numerous lawsuits.

Jim says in the interview that they must set up a plan and protocols, have animals and people available and that all this must be submitted again to the FDA. Who will set up these protocols and how can they pay them? No one has that ability. How will they pay for the tests? How will they pay for setting up the overseas markets? Who with the company has these abilities and will they work for free? With the stock at these prices (which will certainly be moving lower) and the PROMISE of coming massive DILUTION, no one will accept stock as payment.

One can spout promises all day and night but without money and the talent to carry them out it’s just empty pumping designed to suck in more investors as they squeeze every last drop of money out of the situation. This is YOUR MONEY.

The company states, “There are currently commitments to vendors for products and services purchased, plus, the employment agreements of the CFO and other employees of the Company and the Company’s current lease commitments that will necessitate liquidation of the Company if it is unable to raise additional capital. The current level of cash is not enough to cover the fixed and variable obligations of the Company.” I see liquidation on the horizon.

Stop and think for a moment and imagine that you have no position but are contemplating investing in this company. Imagine you are a seasoned investor capable of critical, open-minded, and emotion free DD. You read the 10-K and Q. You research the CEO’s background and the history of past companies. Would you invest? Really?
