For now, it's not legal to buy or sell marijuana -- though local organizations are circumventing that by giving weed away. The Oregon Liquor Control Commission has said it won't be ready to dole out licenses to sell until late next year.

That's right, there's still no system in place to buy or sell weed. That process could take another year, unless legislation passes that would make it legal for state medical marijuana dispensaries to sell to the public. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2015/07/01/weed-legal-in-oregon_n_7706926.html

Potentially 18 months before a dime's worth of revenue? HOW, pray tell, is this going to result in MILLION$ to SUTI shareholders? Imo SUTI will be tapped out long before then.
