Do you even understand what you are talking about...what good would it do if she cancels her own restricted shares..it s like doing nothing since they are not a part of the float...the only way we the minority shareholder s win is if she announces share buyback...that means the company will start buying up current float and so the PPS rises...it s all about reducing the float and as a consequence the O/S...
