I sure as hell hope so, I have no idea as Ken chooses to keep us in the Dark, but I expect he came to his senses when he realized his 55 mil in fees did not buy him a single deal. I think he was made promises and they weren't delivered on. I think when it came time to deliver they tried to squeeze him once more, and he told them to f themselves as he should have, unfortunately we all paid the price. I will tell you what else I think I think he is suing to recover those fees with the lawyer who is listed on the recent 8k Jang out of Salt lake City. Hell if he recovers 20% of that, he would have 8 mil after legal fees to really do something.

Wild speculation on my part of course, but if you paid 10s of million in consulting and got NADA what would you do?
