update! I have an email from the IR lady. I just recieved it. She says:

"The agreement is ready to execute. Because of a death in the family of one of the CEOs, it will most likely be next week. The .005 stock will disappear the first of next week. The stop sign will go to a yield sign and then be completely removed. Everything will current at that time. The CPA is going over the financials one more time before they are submitted. I am very excited about the future of NNRF"
