i have an idea why first camp fell through... i just stayed in vail last week and where i was there were no dispensaries,( down about 3 miles there were). Why? NATIONAL FOREST. u can't distribute or technically use it on that property even the the locals could care less. I'm almost positive camp site was on national forest property as well.. just a guess
