I am all for networking and developing these relationships in the industry but I feel sglb needs to be a software IPQA company otherwise we are going to need big contracts for production runs and GE already has their own printers and factories. We may get some subcontracts from them I guess.



I think the JV enables Sigma to focus on the IP and software business as you request. If all the printing business is done in the JV then the rest of the management team are left to perfect and develop the IP, which may then be deployed into the JV for initial practical testing and showcasing. All of he hassle of scheduling, selling time etc are in the JV not in the core business.

Will it bring in money and profit - potentially yes lots of it but if all it does is enable the IP to be showcased so others buy printRite3D then it is worth it anyway.
