If there were facts, Elra wouldn't be trading. Im sure all the filings are in order and lawyers & financiers have gone through this with a fine pick comb. No one's getting busted because everything is all documented. Goodman gets rich. Financiers get rich. Bag holders get slaughtered and are at the mercy of the company, the lenders, and the mm's. All us bag holders have left is hope and hopefully learned a valuable yet costly lesson.
