I have just one question. How does the upper assembly cool itself without lubricant? If my memory serves me right, a tight seal is maintained against the spherical rotary cam with a spring and a silicon nitride bushing. High performance bicycles also use silicon nitride bearings, but even these bearings require some lubricant to prevent heat build up. Although I have some serious concerns regarding this matter, I feel that the CSRV engine is a truely amazing technological concept.
