Can anyone give a real answer to this question????

Just yesterday on Alibaba the site showed that there were 2701 suppliers offering RMH, today less than 24 hours later the site is showing 2732 suppliers. Who supplies, and changes the information on the site? There is also a worldwide pitch on the site to distributors wishing to carry the product, that I will copy and paste below. If this is a scam, they,re trying to suck the world in on it. I can only see the number of suppliers when i use my phone to access the site, not my desktop, don't know why.
