Can anyone make heads or tails of this press release today??

From what I can tell it is nothing more than another misleading, unclear, behind the scenes action by this companies management.

Is this a real real good thing?? Or is this some watch my right hand while I screw you with my left. Kubby saying win win for all 3... why am I not seeing this outcome.

Kush was one of the few things CBDS had that had any value. I invested in CBDS for that being 1 reason. Do I automatically get shares in Kush because that how that press release made it sound... ""Spinning Kush off as a separate public company removes $3 million in debt from the balance sheet for CBDS, while providing every CBDS shareholder with shares in a valuable new company"... valuable NEW company... wat does that "really" mean

I don't know whether to file a SEC complaint, call my attorney, send some buddies to get their attention...

If this goes stupid south, I promise to have a website for signup to class action suit.
