So what if the CEO disappeared in 2012? So what if there is no office? So what is there is no phone contact? So what if there is no email contact? So what if there are no personnel? So what if there are no assets? So what if all the patents have expired? So what if the Secretary of State of North Carolina dissolved Solarbrook in 2012? So what if the SEC previously cited and fined the company for 14 counts of fraud?
