Let's all hope Ken is taking this dispensary seriously. Owning the building outright is a major feat (and not easy to accomplish.. Real Banks (not merchant banks) don't loan to MMJ businesses. And I'm pretty damn sure they don't take convertible notes from shady penny stocks either. ) But, THIS COULD be a great asset play. In fact, perhaps the only card he has left. How many private companies are already way ahead of MDCN ready to go public with fed legalization. Either in ca or nationwide? if you have the licenses and permits and you are zoned for MMJ cultivation/distribution, NOW is the time. I put my money on Ken Williams to get it all dialed in, but I feel lately like I got duped. At least, with the latest PR, we know he is still alive. But enough with the hopes and aspirations, Mr Ken.
