How and When Paul went about the R/Splits he's done with Telecorp is what has made me skeptical of his overall motives. I now question his legitimacy. I am now seeing a pattern that Paul has set up within Telecorp in regards to his PR's, R/Spilts and 'promises' of acquisitions.

What has happened this year(2015) in regards to the things I have just mentioned..... -

**PR's
**The types of PRs/News released
**Reverse Splits/RS
**Promises of business acquisitions and/or Letter of Intents(LOIs)

...happend last year(2014) in ALMOST the EXACT same Time and Sequence. The only thing missing is the R/S(Reverse Split) which didn't happen UNTIL the end or latter-end of the year last year(2014).

IF everything continues the same way, and if a R/S does occur, it would be a mirror of last year. Right down to the very business acquisition strategy PR - nearly word for word.


I emailed Jonathan (Investor Relations) yesterday evening and told him I am very suspicious right now and said that I 'smell something fishy' about this company. I hadn't felt this way before, but the DD Paul was to complete in India was supposed to be done at the end of his visit. Well, we now read via the PR yesterday that the DD is still in progress and that no acquisition has been made just yet - still a few weeks away.


Honestly, I fell like I am on a string being led along until an R/S occurs. Thing is, I've lost too much just to pull out right now. So, Paul has me, and many others who bought at higher prices, by the balls.

Bud, IF you can get your proof together that Telecorp is a scam and if you really did contact a stock lawyer, I would say that the way things are turning out right now, a lawyer just might have a case here.
This years events in the company(Telecorp) nearly mirror last years events, save a visit to India.
