With regret, SoOum will have to once again delay the filing of form 10Q, as our accountants work on satisfying an inquiry from the SEC regarding the proper framework of reports filed, and to be filed with the regulatory agency. The company wants to make sure that all reports are filed correctly. Once all inquiries are met the 10Q will be released. Thank you for your patience."

While they shouldn't let the fins out late, at least there is still some streamline of communication (Facebook page), not only about their financials buy also about their plans.
