Anyone have any reasons why QMC couldn't pursue debt capital and take the company private prior to share price liftoff? They only need 51% to make that happen, right?

I'm not suggesting that they will or are planning to do this, just trying to understand why they couldn't. And if they could, what's holding them back other than a loan.
