Onkelhubert ,they have voted this to keep with NASDAQ compliance requirements just in case their price remained depressed under the dollar mark

as long as they trade over the 1 $ mark they will not need it


many plays who come under the $ mark vote for this and not use it as they recover


this why they gave themselves a year
