Lets for the sake of crazy they did do a reverse split of 1 for 3 that would take the shares down to like 36 million shares with stock price of about $2 to just little north of that if the valutaions stayed the same which I highly doubt.

So now they have a $2 stock price whoohoo, but yet they still only have market value of still the same or even less. Good luck getting listed with MV of only $70 million to $80 million even with $2 stock price with no revenue or earnings to speak of.
