LBSR under Briscoe and Gross decide how much to sell, if any, and when. They know that it's impossible to raise any money at this price level. Price must increase......how???

Briscoe will brew a witch's brew of Snake oil, and unicorns, and deceive the hapless not so smart investors to buy the worthless shares!
