I agree completely. It makes no sense to exercise warrants at a price above that for which shares could currently be purchased on the open market.

I was simply pointing out, in response to a posting, that if Rockville did exercise warrants, it would not be done by purchasing shares in the open market. The shares would be issued by the company, and therefore unlikely to affect the current price per share.
