A warning letter from the FDA is always a possibility, and one the company should try to avoid. Three companies have received them for advertising their products as a treatment for hangovers. Why not HJOE? Probably that's simply because they deal with things they see or read about. The more attention a product gets, the more likely they are to take a look.
