I don't believe those warrants would be exercised by purchasing shares on the open market. The shares would be issued to Rockville by Sigma at the price of $0.15 per share.

Therefore, exercising the warrants is unlikely to have any affect on share price. The dilution to shareholders by the issuance of more shares would be offset by the increase in SGLB's asset value resulting from the cash received from Rockville for the new shares.
