In today's PR (6/30/2015) it states that Paul expects to conclude the due diligence for Dev Datamedics in the coming weeks.
I thought that the last DD he (Paul) had to do was visit the company (Dev Datamedics) in India to do an on-site DD and then the deal would be concluded/finished. I mean, he said he was in India for weeks. I thought this deal was already done(?)...
