No I'm not saying that. At the moment this is a .14 stock. Period. All this of talk of $500MM settlements and $5 takeovers have NO basis whatsoever. Yes, there is that sliver of hope that the case will settle. But it is exactly that. A sliver. Companies like ATVI don't get adverse rulings and rush to settle. I litigate complex cases in federal court for a living that involve some of the largest companies in the world. Trust me. They don't settle as easily as people are hoping. They will fight to the bitter end, because they can.

Patent play stocks are very risky and as I learned the hard way in VRNG, should be a small portion of your portfolio. We have NO clue what can happen with this stock and the Court. We just got a great ruling. And what happened? We got back to levels we were at not that long ago with no news. No big run like all you guys have been talking about for months. If I had the time, I'd go back and repost screenshots of all the posts you guys made talking about a favorable markman run to .40-.50 (some said even more). But as of now, nothing. What do you think will happen if this stock gets a tough ruling? We will get destroyed.

So my point is this. LETS BE REALISTIC HERE. Let's analyze the information we have. Not make up dreams and provide analysis. It doesn't help anyone. Just sets everyone up for disappointment. I really hope this thing runs to .40-.50+ off the markman. I want to be proven wrong and give you guys a reason to point to this post. But as of right now, I'm not that optimistic.
