For those who are waiting for news. Both companies AXPW & LCB signed a LOI on 06/13/2015 and have 60 days to execute the agreements : The LOI calls for the companies to execute final agreements within 60 days. The agreements, should they be inked, will "grant LCB the right to manufacture and sell PbC batteries and other Axion products on an exclusive basis in the People's Republic of China, Taiwan, Macao and Hong Kong."
That means they have until 08/05/2015 to finalize the deal...
