Imo there won t be any share buyback and share reduction... Just doesn't make any sense to me...CEO just issued 2 b shares to pay down 800 k of CD s...if the company had any extra cash which looking at it s balance sheet it doesn't t she could have payed the 800 k with cash instead of shares...now some are suggesting she will somehow buy back the shares and retire them...question is with what? Last 10 q also implied CEO need s 2 mil. $ for expansion and equipment...

iMovie there are 2 options here either a private placement who knows at what valuation or a buyout plain and simple...we could also buy someone with those 1 b shares still out there for acquisition purpose...time will tell but imo we can rule out S/S reduction right now....
