If they take it private we are completely screwed. Ali and Carter need to wake up and address the problems that the sec suspended us from trading for. If they say and do absolutely nothing then we are going to be in very bad shape. The lawyer they have for their infringement cases needs to put everything on hold and only work on the sec problems otherwise there is absolutely no reason to be optimistic about our money we invested here.
