In an addition to my general letter about the revenue risks of an extended moratorium, I am including the relevant specific information about INCC (i.e. the Futureland lease) and water considerations with the purposes of making the point that it would be remarkably hypocritical for the county to have approved the CUP for CGRW then issue a moratorium that would affect the same "grows" listed on the CGRW water app. The commissioner proposing this rule does not have his facts straight in terms of sequence of events in my opinion. Both of these will be going out tomorrow by express mail, (the cutoff time for today having passed).
