George, as ever, I appreciate your thoughtful and comprehensive replies. I share your concerns (esp. on matters relating to the dilution issue) and simply dread to sell at this point for precisely the point you make.

Anyway, I've already decided to go down with this dog (should it never see its day; my downside loss is bearable) However, having held this POS for so long, selling it now, just to see the "big deal around the corner" being announced, would simply UNDO me.

I just hope this is the last stock I get married to. TC.
