That is how toxic death spirals work. They are always looking for new blood to buy their worthless shares. The ridiculous claim of the $10 million investment was timed to allow the toxic death spiral holders to convert and dump one last time.

With the stock approaching no-bid again just 4 months after the 1 for 200 reverse split, the stock is just about done. FINRA is unlikely to approve another reverse split which would wipe out the existing shareholders and let the toxic convertible holders to dump a little more. This is almost certainly the end of the line.

Those investors that cannot or will not read SEC filings are doomed to lose their money. It would only take less than a minute of reviewing NBRI's financials to see enough to know this Company has no future.
