No and Regardless of the ones that tell you they know the "CURRENT" structure on here, Doesn't, one of my associates just spoke with Jim Kras the CFO finally after 3 weeks and he stated it would be emailed to him in the next couple of days - per 2:28pm eastern standard time today - per phone conversation with Jim as they are also a shareholder but an associate of mine.

That's Real Truth and Real DD friend and if anyone else posts they know and dances around the subject, know this, they don't.
