It may be a free app, but emergency response teams will have to pay for a subscription so mobile users are able to upload their information. This, of course, could be offset by a tax % increase from city/state (hardly a noticeable increase), or government grants/tax write offs.

Is the R/S still on the table? I cashed out and only hold 30 shares as what was stated in the R/S so I can keep track of it when that 30 reduces to 1 lol. Then I'll buy back in as I believe this could have good upside potential beings the only app/technology of its kind.
