"Is our 15% interest in auryn nondilutable?"

It's not addressed in the portions of the published "option agreement" I read so my assumption is it can be diluted.

The below is the language from the option agreement.


"In addition to the 15 agreed-upon sum, the owners of AURYN MINING CHILE SPA agree to 16 transfer fifteen percent of the Shares of AURYN MINING CHILE SPA to 17 MEDINAH MINING CHILE LIMITADA. five.two. The payment and transfer of
18 shares referred to in this clause shall always be optional for AURYN 19 MINING CHILE SPA, cut must be made by AURYN MINING CHILE SPA within 20 th? erm indicated above for purposes of being able to exercise the 21 P'...lrchase Option"
