He never said he would be filing before end June

Please everyone do not make up words. the actual promise was:

"We anticipate filing our Annual Report and Quarterly Report before the end of the month or sooner."

That in my terms means he has every intention of doing so but there are things he cannot control and there fore he cannot promise you anything.

Rest assured they are coming - relax buy some hot dog and burgers , light some fireworks and enjoy the holiday weekend with or without 10K and 10Q.
