Unfortunately it is the same Dan Sullivan, he has been indicted for securities fraud which appears to be on multiple counts, it appears that this is on previous dealings, the question remains is what did he do while at Blue Line Protection Group? the stock price here has done nothing but pretty much decline since it went pubic, I imagine there will be more unfolding over the weeks and months to come, and i for one think Blue Line Protection Group will be a part of the conversation going forward, and even more curious as to why Dan Sullivan was let go/fired from his position as VP of Sales. As always the investors will end up on the short end of the stick.
