Hemp has zero THC or CBD's so it doesn't have any psychoactive or otherwise physical effects. Hemp isn't exactly the same plant as a marijuana plant.

The drink probably has some other ingredients in it for "male performance". Maybe something like Maca (a Peruvian root), Horny Goat Weed, or Saw Palmetto?
