Wow - interesting post. Not happening though. Leveraged buyouts (public to private) usually happens when Company is in trouble. And we all know that BOREAL WATER is heading in the opposite/ right direction/finally becoming a successful company with debt free - new contracts and talks about share buy back or buy out.

What would Francine gain by taking this Company private? She already own hundreds of millions of shares. There is no need for Corporate restructure as we know - Dell the largest revenue generating company yet to go from public to private. BRWC only has 28 employees.

Am I missing something - I would just ask WHY make it private?
