Smitty i am pretty clear on my doing here
I am pro tmmi and am a share holder
I have defended as many times as possible cmmi only to venture off TOS.
all i will say is i feel management has done a fine job getting us to where we are but i feel we need the next technical leader to move us to our potential.
I have an always will have to the right to be outspoken to management I am a share holder
This is the first product to market so they have given us what we wanted not its tiime to hit the moon.
I am solid and clear on who i follow til the end
