I think people tend to mix facts with interruptions of facts

Here is the way I see it

The fact is we have 8 Billion shares of A/S how many really outstanding??? No one can tell you... Yes you can estimate, if you want to be negative you can say all day long its 7 billion or on the other end of the spectrum you can be conservative and say 3.5 billion. So going back and forth on the 8 billion shares is just waste of time. No one has the FACT

The cars issue is another Fact vs. interruption of the facts. The fact ( assuming someone saw Dror or Yaniv driving these cards) is that the main guys at VPOR drive super expensive/luxurious car. Do we know if it belongs to them? do we know if it is leased or financed? do we even know if the company pays for them??? The fact is that we don't know. People can speculate and be negative and say they are using company funds to pay for these cars or be positive and say it has nothing to do with VPOR, we just don't know for sure...

As far as the revised 10-K and the 10-Q. The facts are we can't get first quarter numbers until they revise the 2014 numbers. We know the first accountant left VPOR and left a mess behind but we also know for a FACT that the accountant also left other firms. No one knows when the reports will come out we do know for a FACT that our CEO wasn't happy with the second accountant and decided to move to a bigger firm which we were told will have the report before the end of the month... last I checked today is June 27th.... I will wait until July 1st at 12:01am before being upset at our CEO for being late.

We know for a FACT VPOR product is in Shoprite and on some other web site around the world. Do we know if the web sites actually carrying physical inventory that they ordered from Vapor or they will order the product after the order has been placed on their web site??? We don't know that

Everything else that been tossed around the ihub forum is facts mixed with interruptions

Sorry for the long post, I been observing this forum since December of 2014 only joined a few weeks ago but usually not saying much

Just drive me crazy to see people going back and forth and wasting your time with facts and interruptions of facts...
