He/She said to look at what has happened and i did (granted i picked one negative out of a bunch of positive and negatives of the companies history, it still applies). I don't see how it is a dead horse. MYEC plans on filling the Form 10 again soon, and since MYEC has a recent history with the Form 10. One should take that into account, right?
