You're missing my point in that with over a million dollars a month in revenue, this SMALL business can't turn a profit and continues to lose money, hence more notes (debt) must be issued to keep the business alive.

A PINK SHEET stock with $1 MM+ in monthly revenue is so rare, and the fact that they are still red on their balance sheets is a HUGE PROBLEM. If there was something to this company, their PPS would have risen well above $1 A LONG TIME AGO. Sad it took me this long to realize this (2 days). So your previous scenario you presented is one and the same.
