PR net profit didn't show on the financials.

IMO Spencer probably say it in a different perspective, like glass is half full kind of way. Every CEO wants their co. balance sheet to look good, that's for sure, so they will want to make it appear that way as much as they can w/o breaking the rules. That's why I also mentioned the BS status is Unaudited, purely from GOSY with no certified body verifying it.

So you are implying that a PR is more accurate, holds higher importance & much more credible than a balance sheet?

This Net Profit we talk about here is not enough to cover costs & liabilities. Do you still call that profit? Last I read Blackberry, they call it losses.

I can understand why US doesn't practice putting in R&D, those things can be easily inflated to cook the books & money laundering, IMO.

I'm not interested in Neil's activities, but I really do feel that GOSY has past that stage with the 2013 JV & Nissan nego.

What I did hear was Spencer tweeted "Good news coming soon".

So with your explanation of Net Profit &

Second, GOSY's financials for that time period say Net Profit. Was Spencer lying?

Third, like most folks that don't get the value of GOSY, it is easy to use "lies, damn lies, and statistics" to unfairly represent the value of GOSY.

Here's what is easily missed by those unfamiliar with the flaws in GAAP:

In the EU, all of GOSY's R&D would be 50% capitalized as an asset on GOSY's Balance Sheet. That would be valuation of GOSY's tech on the BS. In the US, no percent of R&D can be capitalized.

Like I said earlier, unless one understands Net Profit in PR headlines, Net Profit in financials, and GAAP and its flaws, then one deliberately misses the Big Picture due to those deliberate misrepresentations of fact.

BTW, what rumors have you heard about Neil Wallace and George MacLeod activities regarding their manipulation of GOSY's stock price by constantly creating doubt about GOSY's tech and probability of future revenues? I have heard that MacLeod left the US and is hiding in the UK due to his scams in the US with Wallace and others. Curious if you have heard anything-
