With 5-8 of the 9 claims (depending on how you look at it) going in favor of WDDD, and in general the language of the summary favoring WDDD, this should push $1 with ease if there is enough word of mouth and unbiased coverage on the markman. Considering this went up to .50 two years ago leads me to truly believe this has high potential. A big settlement would skyrocket this as well, especially if it comes sooner rather than later.
