Gerald didn't do this on his own. He has seasoned bio vets around him that guided him into this mess. They are as much to blame if not more so than him. And it's quite amusing to read those that praise Joe Rubinfeld because of his past when he is very much a reason why Gerald does what he does. But, should the move to NasdaqCM be successful and lure funds to buy shares and help elevate the stock price, all will be forgiven. Time will tell.
